Terms of trade for customer purchases
The purchase conditions apply to customers’ purchases of goods on GearFreak.uk. This site is owned and operated by:

Our terms and conditions are based on Danish law.
Payment can be made by using the following payment methods: Dankort, VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard and JCB.
Payment via VISA, VISA Electron and Mastercard, which is a debit card, the payment will be reserved on your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we either deduct or reject the payment.
The amount will be deducted when the item has been sent.
If there are more than one item in your order and one or more cannot be delivered right away, we will only deduct the payment of the items once they have been sent.
Payment by bank transfer must be made to our account in Sparekassen Kronjylland with the registration number 6181 and account number 0015434422.
For foreign transfers SWIFT/BIC: KRONDK22 and IBAN: DK1261810015434422 is to be used.
Please type in your order number on the bank transfer. Also notice that payment by bank transfer has a longer expedition time than with a payment card since we will only send your order once the payment has been received. Additionally, you should know that account transfers are not covered by a chargeback through your bank.
With purchase via ViaBill you will receive your items first. Thereafter you must pay your monthly payments on the 20th of each month. If you do not pay on time, a fee of DKKR 39 will be added to your payment.
If you should regret your purchase, the payment agreement with ViaBill will be terminated. ViaBill finances purchases for up to DKKR 2000. Payments above DKKR 2000 are financed in cooperation with SparXpress.

We offer delivery to addresses in Sweden, Germany, The Netherlands and Great Britain. The price range is between 8 and 12 euros depending on country of delivery with GLS.

In some cases, the time of delivery can be longer in case the item is not currently in stock or the like. The time of delivery will in most cases not exceed 14 days. Should it happen, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires 14 days after you, or a person of your choosing – though not the carrier – is in possession of the item.
If you have purchased more than one item in your order, you can choose to cancel the purchase of some or all items. Read about refunds of the cost of delivery by partial withdrawal under the “refund of the money in case of cancellation” section. If you’ve ordered more than one item in an order and we can’t deliver all items at the same time, the 14 days of right of withdrawal starts from the time you have the last item in your possession.
If the right of withdrawal deadline expires on a holiday, Saturday, the Danish Constitution Day, Christmas Eve Day or New Year’s Eve, the deadline will be expanded to the following weekday.
How you cancel
You cancel by letting us know that you wish to cancel. This is done by submitting a cancellation case at gearfreak.uk/returns. If you do this, we will immediately give you a receipt via E-mail of the receival of your cancellation order.
You cannot cancel simply by refusing to receive the item or by not picking it up without having given notice about your wish to cancel.
You can use the law’s standard cancellation form which is shown at the end of these terms of sale and delivery, but it is not mandatory.
The cancellation deadline has been met if you send in your request to cancel your purchase before the deadline has expired.
Return of the item and costs of returning
If you’ve regretted the purchase of an item, you must mail it back or hand it in at GearFreak.uk, Gunnar Clausens Vej 58, 8260 Viby J without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice of your wish to cancel your purchase. The deadline is met if you return the items before the end of those 14 days.
Items cannot be sent per collect on delivery or without delivery at our warehouse.
Repayment in case of cancellation
When you regret your purchase, we will refund all payments received by you, including any costs of delivery. However, this does not apply to extra costs if you have chosen a form of delivery that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer.
If you have purchased more than one item in an order and only wish to cancel part of your purchase, we do not refund the costs of delivery.
We refund the amount without unnecessary delay and under all circumstances 14 days at the latest from the date of which we have received your notice of cancellation. However, we may withhold the amount until we have received the returned items, or until you have submitted documentation that the items have been returned.
We refund using the same means of payment that you used during the original transaction unless you explicitly have agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of the refund.
The state of the item at return and packaging
You are only liable for a possible deterioration in the value of an item due to the handling of the item than what is necessary to determine the nature of the item, their characteristics and the way in which they function.
If the packaging is either missing or damaged, it may constitute an impairment for which you are liable.
Furthermore, you should make sure that the item is thoroughly repackaged when you return it. You bear the risk for the package/items until we receive them. You should therefore keep the postal receipt and possibly a track and trace number.
Right of withdrawal for one hundred days
We offer right of withdrawal for one hundred days. The right of withdrawal is conditioned of the item being returned to us unused, in unbroken packaging and undamaged condition. You are paying for the return. The right of withdrawal does not change your statutory right to cancel the purchase as described above. The right of withdrawal is eligible from the receival of your order.
That means that you can return or exchange your unused good for one hundred days after you have received it. The procedure is the same as described above.
Complaint – if something is wrong with the item
When purchasing goods, the rules of the Purchase Act apply. You have a 2-year right to make a complaint if the item has a defect. A defect could be either a fabrication or material error, or perhaps there is a misleading information about the item. On the other hand, ordinary wear and tear or damages that you have caused to the item yourself is not a defect.
If the good has a defect and you make a complaint on time, you firstly have the right to have the item repaired or exchanged. If that is not possible, or does it not happen within reasonable time, you can, depending on the circumstances, either get your money back or a reduction in the price.
If you discover a defect, you must make a complaint within reasonable time. We recommend that you make a complaint as soon as possible, namely is this is a case of damages made during delivery. If you make a complaint within two months after the defect has been discovered, it is still considered within reasonable time. If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable and necessary shipping costs. Make the complaint via our e-mail info@GearFreak.uk and we will take action right away. Keep therefore your receipt.
If you want to make a complaint about a defect, we ask you to state in as much detail as possible what the problem is. It is not a requirement, but it makes it easier for us to find the error, and it minimizes the processing time for the complaint.
If we cannot come to an agreement of what you are entitled to, you have the following appeal options:
A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Center for Complaint Resolution (Center for Klageløsning), Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark. You can make the complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution via the Complaints Portal (Klageportalen) for the Board of Trustees (Nævnenes Hus) at https://kpo.naevneneshus.dk/.
The EU commission’s online complaints portal can also be used to lodge a complaint. It is particularly relevant for consumers residing in another EU country. Complaint can be filed here http://ec.europa.eu/odr. By submitting a complaint, you must provide our E-mail address: email@example.com.
Gift certificates are valid for a year. Any residual value can be redeemed for up to one year after the gift card expires.
Use of equipment in the Armed Forces
GrejFreak ApS cannot guarantee that the purchased goods may be used in connection with the service in the Danish Armed Forces or in other countries for that matter. GrejFreak ApS cannot guarantee that equipment that can be mounted on military weapons may be used in connection with service in the armed forces or in connection with live fire and trainings ammunition.
GrejFreak ApS does not take responsibility for equipment used for any purposes other than what the equipment is intended to be used. GrejFreak ApS does not take any responsibility due to lack of permission for official use of the equipment.
