Basis of treatment and purpose

Your regular contact information such as name and address is collected by us in accordance with article 6 (b) of the Data Protection Regulation in order to be able to deliver the product that you have purchased from us. We collect your email address in order to send you an order confirmation as well as a delivery confirmation.

When you pay for your product, we collect your name, your payment data and IP address. The information collected in connection with the payment transaction is used and stored only for the purpose of payment settlement and fulfillment of the agreement entered in accordance with article 6 (b) of the Data Protection Regulation.

If you consent during the registration process or on our website, we will use your email address to send out a newsletter. You can sign up and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. All newsletters also contain a link to unsubscribe. If the processing of personal data is based upon your consent, you can revoke the consent at any time. The processing of your personal information takes place in accordance with article 6 (f) of the Data Protection Regulation.

This is used to create anonymous statistics in order to analyze the use of our website with the aim of optimizing it. At the same time, we would like to show you the most relevant products for you – not only on our website, but also in order to advertise these via Google and Facebook. If you do not wish to give us your personal data, which is required in order to complete a purchase of a product, unfortunately you will not have the opportunity to purchase products from our website.

Your information (except for your email address if you have consented to its processing for the purpose of receiving our newsletter) will be deleted 3 years after you have received your item.

We collect information about the users’ actions on our Facebook page. This includes likes, people who like our page, the number of visits, the posts’ range, etc. We collect this as a joint data controller with Facebook. You can read the agreement about the joint data control here.

Recipients of personal data

If you have ordered delivery, the information about your name, address, phone number and email address will be handed over to our shipping companies, currently Bring, GLS, Blue Water and DHL for the purpose of delivering your orders.

If you choose to leave a review about our website, your name and email address will be transferred to the Trustpilot review page.

We have our webshop and payment system through ScanNet A/S, which acts as our data processor.

We have entered into data processor agreements with our data processors. The companies process information solely on our behalf and are not allowed to use them for their own purposes.

Your rights

In accordance with the Personal Data Act, we provide information on the inquiries about registered information, and based on any objections, you have the right to have them rectified.
