Do I have to pay VAT and duties?
All included. When you order at GearFreak.uk, all prices are inclusive VAT and duties (for private customers). That means that you will not be charged anything else when it's being delivered to you.
Do I have to pay more when the order is being delivered?
No! Everything is included, so the total price at checkout is the total you have to pay for the order.
How do I track the delivery of my order?
You will receive a tracking link to the parcel company, when you order has been shipped from our warehouse. Via this link you can see the expected delivery time of your parcel. Furthermore, you can change the delivery date and more options to the delivery at FedEx' home page.
When can I expect my order delivered?
At GearFreak.uk we are shipping orders all weekdays, so you can get your new items quick. Usually, you will receive the parcel within 3-4 weekdays if you order with economy shipping. Parcels ordered with express shipping arrives in 1-2 weekdays from dispatch.

Can I add more products to my order?
You can easily add more items to your order. However, this requires that we have not already packed the original order. When you find the item you want to add, just contact customer service.
When will the item be in stock again?
We can not always say when the item is in stock again, but we would really like to investigate it for you. If you find a specific product that is not in stock, finally contact us so we can talk to the manufacturer and give you a time horizon. If you do not find sufficient information about the item on our site, you are always more than welcome to contact us, both on tel. 33-0808-4984 and email info@GearFreak.uk. We will try to answer your question to the best of our ability or alternatively contact our supplier who can provide a satisfactory answer. If you want to contact us by email, your question must be very precise so that we can give you the best possible answer.
I have not received an order confirmation
If you have not received an order confirmation, we recommend that you do the following: Check if the order confirmation has been intercepted by your SPAM filter. If you still do not find the order confirmation, you can contact us by phone or e-mail, then we are able to resend it and check if the e-mail fits.
How do I return my order?
Just create your return at our return portal here.
Return is easy and fast - our return team will handle it when we receive it at our warehouse. Usually, it will be handled within a few days from receipt.
You have 100 days to return item(s) from the order - so no rush!
If you want to exchange to another item, just make the new order right away and we will make the refund when we receive the first order.
What if my items have a defect?
Just contact our customer service with a description and photos, so we can handle the case as fast as possible.
