YETI was founded back in 2006 by a couple of brothers who had one simple mission - to invent and develop a cooling box that could be used day in and day out, if only it existed. The brothers have their whole childhood and still have a huge passion for the whole outdoor life as well as what this comes with. This passion stems from the endless hours spent with their father, whether it was hunting, fishing, traveling or outdoor exhibits. They are brought up with great gratitude and respect for the wildlife, unknown territories and high quality gear. This previously mentioned simple mission arose on the basis of experiences from their own childhood, for at that time there were no cool boxes for some kind of outdoor adventure. The ones they had to make do with broke down too quickly, so they constantly had to replace the old one with a new one because they were of too low quality.
