The Kiridashi knife from Cold Steel is the original Japanese everyday knife, and this model has been modernised with the folding function. The Kiridashi is as sharp as a razor blade and can be used or cutting, carving and even for fruits and vegetables. The knife is designed in 4034SS stainless steel and has an incredibly nice Griv Ex handle that will never crack, tear or distort. Kiridashi comes with the secure locking mechanism Tri-Ad, which has proven time and again to be one of the strongest and safest locking mechanisms available. The knife weighs almost nothing and is thin and handy to handle.
