This LE Top MOLLE Panel is an upgrade of the LE Front MOLLE Panel and LE Front Flat Panel. Between your vest and the shoulder straps, you can mount this panel using Velcro.
With the panel, you have the option of cable routing, as the cables can be routed through the openings in the top. There are 6 rows of MOLLE on the front and velcro for various name tags, patches etc
