Description
The IKO Core Headlamp 500 Lumen from Petzl combines ultra-light weight and high brightness, and it also comes with the rechargeable Core battery. With an impressive brightness of 500 lumens and a weight of only 79 grams, this Headlamp is light, powerful and ideal for various activities.
The innovative AIRFIT headband ensures ergonomics and comfort with its streamlined design, semi-rigid headband, ultra-thin lamp body and battery pack located on the back. Water-resistant headband resists sweat and rain, and its thin construction reduces the contact surface and improves air circulation during dynamic activities. The quick and easy adjustment on the back ensures optimal fit.
The headlamp offers optimal visual comfort with its many LEDs that provide homogeneous light distribution. Two light beam types (Wide or combined) and different white light levels meet different needs, from low beam to movement and high beam. Three lighting levels can be easily accessed with a single button.
The Petzl IKO Core is rechargeable via micro USB port, which reduces the environmental impact, as the entire lifetime of a Core rechargeable battery is equivalent to 900 standard batteries. With the HYBRID CONCEPT design, the headlamp can use both the Core rechargeable battery and three regular batteries. The lamp detects the energy source and adjusts the lighting performance accordingly. It is versatile and easy to use, can be mounted in different ways, worn on the head or around the neck, placed on a table or attached to a tent pole or tree. The included storage bag can even be converted into a lantern, and reflective components on the back ensure visibility at night. The battery charge indicator shows the remaining battery life at each power-on and power-off, and two LOCK functions prevent accidental power-on. The headlamp can be folded flat in its minimalist pouch to reduce bulk and is compatible with all Petzl helmets.
